It’s an age-old saying that the grass is always greener on the other side. Camille Edwards suggests it might be best to see just how green the grass is.  Sometimes the grass really is greener. And you have to be willing to take a risk to see for yourself. This is particularly critical to consider when you are looking for a new job. There are so many reasons to stay in a great job. But if you’re never willing to take a chance to seek out other opportunities, how will you truly know if it’s the best place for you to be?
